Childcare
Subsidy (CCS)
St Clair OOSH is an approved service for childcare subsidy (CCS), so you receive reduced fees, subsidised by the government.
Depending on your circumstances, the government will pay up to 90% of your fees for you! Meaning the out-of-pocket cost to you is kept to a minimum.

Full-Time Special!
FROM $49.90* / week
Enjoy a discount when you use our service for full-time Before & After School Care. Includes 10 sessions per week during school terms (not valid for vacation / school holiday care programs).
Full fees charged per session as $30.20 for before school care and $38.60 for after school care (before CCS).

Before School Care
FROM $4.54* / session
Our service opens early at 6am on school days. Children are provided with a range of quiet activities until breakfast is served at 7am. Following breakfast, fun games and activities are arranged before being transported to school.

After School Care
FROM $5.90* / session
Your children are collected from school on our mini buses, and provided with time for outdoor play upon arrival at the service. Afternoon tea is served, and then a range of indoor and outdoor games and craft activities are organised. Additional snacks are provided later in the afternoon before the service closes at 6:30pm.

Pupil Free Days
FROM $14.37* / day
Full day care (6:30am to 6:30pm) is available where schools have a pupil free or staff development day. Food and drinks for the day are provided, along with a range of fun activities, an occasional movie, and other entertainment.
Full Fee $99.10 / Day
(before CCS) -
School Holiday Care
FROM $14.37* / day
During the school holidays, all day care is provided through our vacation care programs, between 6:30am and 6:30pm. The program usually includes an exciting mixture of theme days, workshops, incursions and excusions. Breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea, along with fruit, snacks and drinks are provided.
Full fees vary by day (from $99.10 to $120) and are set out on the program flyer

A Deposit Bond of $100 is payable and held for each enrolled child. It is refundable upon withdrawal from the service, provided the account is paid in full.

The following additional fees will apply if you have signed up for payment via direct debit.
Payment from Bank Account: Free
Payment by Credit Card: 2%
Dishonour Fee: $7.70 -
A fee of $25 per 15 minutes or part there of is applicable where a child is collected after the closing time of the service.

Where an account remains overdue following a reminder, a late fee of 5% of the outstanding amount may be applied.
Additional Fees & Bonds
Note: No CCS is payable on additional fees or bonds.
